Who We Are:
At Vizcom, we strive to be a powerful ally to designers, augmenting their skills and streamlining their workflow. Our innovative platform serves as a bridge between imagination and realization, enabling designers to bring their visions to life with unprecedented ease and precision. By combining the intuition of human creativity with the capabilities of artificial intelligence, Vizcom is shaping the future of design – one where technology amplifies rather than diminishes the designer's role.
The Role:
Vizcom is an AI-powered design tool that helps industrial designers bring ideas to life — from sketch to render in seconds. We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the full product management stack with a focus on user growth. You'll manage day-to-day product operations while driving data-informed decisions to optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement across our platform.
As our Growth Product Manager, you'll own day-to-day product operations while driving growth initiatives across the product. You'll manage sprint processes, work closely with our distributed engineering team (including members in Europe), and build our data infrastructure to transform how designers discover and adopt Vizcom. You'll obsess over the first-time user experience, ensuring every designer who enters Vizcom understands its power within minutes. This role combines operational excellence with analytical rigor, requiring both technical depth in data analysis and deep empathy for creative professionals.
How You’ll Do It:
The base pay range targeted for this position is: $115,000 - $130,000. This role is eligible for equity.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
