About the role:
A Senior Training Specialist, is expected to drive end-to-end learning solutions that accelerate performance and readiness across Snappr Operations. By conducting needs analysis, building and deploying high-impact training and eLearning, and partnering with Operations leaders and SMEs, you’ll directly shape execution consistency and service quality for customers and creators. Your work will have a meaningful impact—reducing time-to-proficiency, improving quality and customer outcomes, and enabling businesses everywhere to tell better visual stories.
What you’ll do:
- Lead performance consulting and needs analysis to diagnose skill/process gaps and define measurable learning outcomes aligned to business goals.
- Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions primarily for instructor-led and blended delivery, including facilitator guides, learner materials, activities, and assessments.
- Build interactive eLearning using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline)—modules, scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments—packaged for SCORM/xAPI as needed.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and continuing education programs, ensuring consistent delivery, engagement, and readiness for production.
- Deliver structured new hire coaching (1:1 and small group), including guided practice, observation, feedback, and proficiency tracking.
- Own LMS course publishing and upkeep: upload and review packages, configure completion rules, manage enrollments/assignments, troubleshoot access issues, and maintain version control.
- Monitor and report learning effectiveness using LMS and operational metrics (completion, assessment results, QA/production outcomes, learner feedback) and iterate content to improve time-to-proficiency.
- Apply established standards and governance for learning design, delivery, documentation, and knowledge management (templates, QA checks, review cycles, change logs).
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise across assigned Snappr Operations domains to ensure training accuracy and relevance.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities, partnering with stakeholders, and executing end-to-end with minimal oversight.

What you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a training facilitator, analyst, and designer
- Professional certification in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Instructional Design from a recognized certifying body (e.g., PSTD, ILD/CLDP, ATD, IAF, IBSTPI)
- Experience creating reports and working with Team Leads and Managers to share insights
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
