Your Role: Develop the growth engine powering our revenue strategy
We are seeking a naturally curious, highly motivated, and collaborative Growth Associate to join our team to build and scale our revenue pipeline.
As a Growth Associate, you will be a critical member of Rutter’s Go-To-Market team and be directly responsible for identifying and generating new growth and sales opportunities and increasing Rutter's partner ecosystem. You’ll be working closely with our GTM engineer, leveraging the latest AI tools to identify and capture high-potential opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. You should have a proven track record of exceeding performance targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also a must, as you will be building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
You’ll be working with a veteran GTM team, whose team members have previously built GTM functions from $1M through IPO.
What your day will look like
You will:
Research companies and prospects within Rutter's ICP leveraging a best in-class tech stack (Sales Nav, Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, UnifyGTM)
Develop tailored messaging and outbound via multiple channels (social, calling, email)
Conduct discovery and qualification calls
Prospect and develop our partner ecosystem across industry, technology, and resellers
Collaborate with our GTM engineer to implement AI-powered tools and workflows that accelerate top-of-funnel performance and improve conversion
Work closely with Revenue, Product, Ops, and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights to build the best quality product
You are:
Comfortable moving fast and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
Team player who works seamlessly across functions to drive results
Motivated by ambitious goals and energized by a high-performing, competitive team
You (ideally) also have a:
Proven track record selling a highly technical product
Deep understanding of financial services or accounting domains
Consistently exceeded quota in a quota-carrying sales role
Experience in B2B SaaS sales
Background in early-stage startup environment or Finance (Banking, Fintech)
Proficient with modern sales tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Seamless, and Salesforce

Where we are, and where you’ll be:
We have a local office in Lower Manhattan. We are intentional in building a strong in-office culture and encourage our employees to come into the office 3-5 days a week.
Compensation
If performed in New York, the total on-target earnings cash compensation range for this role is ~$100,000.
Our actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to you, including your skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.
