What we are looking for
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify and engage the right companies across Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and a Senior BDR to scale outbound strategies that already work and experiment with smarter ways to reach high-potential companies. This is not a high-volume outbound role. The focus is simple: understand companies, find the right decision makers, and start meaningful conversations.
What you’ll do
- Prospect target companies across Southeast Asia via LinkedIn, email, calls and other outbound channels
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate on outbound messaging and targeting across different SEA markets
- Maintain clean and accurate data in CRM and prospecting tools
- Share insights from conversations, objections and market feedback
- Experiment with signals, automation and new outbound approaches
