About the Role
As a Community Support Contractor at nsave, you’ll provide community management and issue-resolution services for our user base in Bangladesh. Acting as the frontline voice of our users, you’ll manage community conversations, resolve issues, and deliver timely, empathetic support across social and community platforms.
You’ll collaborate with Growth Leads and internal teams as needed to ensure effective issue resolution, while operating independently and delivering agreed service outcomes.
This role is critical to maintaining nsave’s reputation for responsiveness and reliability in high-need environments.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide community management services: Monitor and respond to community conversations and social media inquiries on behalf of nsave.
- Deliver timely issue resolution: Meet agreed service-level outcomes, including a target initial response time of 1 hour and resolving 90%+ of issues within 24 hours.
- Represent the user voice: Ensure users feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the resolution process.
- Coordinate as needed: Work with growth, operations, and product teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain trust and tone: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and consistently in all public interactions.
- Surface insights: Identify recurring issues and share feedback to support improvements in processes and user experience.
