About Us We are Leaping AI (YC W25). We build voice AI agents that automate customer support and scheduling. We’re signing up a ton of new customers, so we're looking for an awesome Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Madrid crew. You'll be the key player helping us onboard new clients and making sure they love using our platform.

The Role This is a role with a lot of ownership and variety. You’ll be the bridge between our AI tech and the people using it. You’ll be talking to customers, understanding their needs, and using our tech to make their lives easier.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Showing off the product: Building custom sales demos using our voice AI platform.
• Onboarding: Guiding new customers as they get set up, whether that's over a call or meeting up.
• Owning customer success: Being the go-to technical partner for your assigned accounts, including leading weekly catch-ups.
• Building & Automating: Figuring out how to automate tasks and stitch workflows together. We currently use a lot of Python and Azure cloud functions, but we value practical problem-solving over sticking to a rigid tech stack.
• Connecting the dots: Integrating our tech directly into our customers' existing setups using APIs.

Who You Are: We care about skills, but we care just as much about your mindset. If you don't check every single technical box below but you're a scrappy, fast learner who is eager to figure things out, we definitely want to hear from you!

• Experience: Roughly 2+ years working in a fast-paced environment (like a growing startup, tech consulting, etc.).
• Technical Chops: A background in Computer Science or solid coding skills. Familiarity with Python and cloud platforms is great, but a "figure-it-out" builder mentality is what really matters here.
• Languages: You need a very good level of English AND fluent German.
• Flexibility: You are comfortable shifting your schedule to partly cover US hours to overlap with our American clients.
• People Skills: You genuinely enjoy communicating, collaborating, and solving problems for others.
• Vibe: You're proactive, ready to roll up your sleeves, and excited to build something great with a hardworking team.
