The RoleDataro is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the United States to help build and scale our inbound and outbound pipeline engine with mid-to-enterprise nonprofit organizations. This role is focused on booking high-quality meetings, generating pipeline for Account Executives, and establishing the foundation of a repeatable outbound motion as the company grows.
This is an early, high-ownership role on the sales team, offering meaningful influence as we continue to refine our messaging, sequences, and prospecting systems. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments, enjoys prospecting every day, and is motivated by both individual performance and contributing to the processes and tooling that will support the team as it scales.
What You’ll Do- Generate qualified pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Research and target mid-to-large nonprofit organizations and identify the right stakeholders
- Run strong first conversations to confirm fit, urgency, and next steps
- Book high-quality meetings and ensure clean handoff to Account Executives with clear context
- Create and iterate outreach sequences, talk tracks, and messaging based on what converts
- Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward clear outcomes and timelines
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and deliver a strong first experience for new prospects
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead stages, and notes in HubSpot
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion
- Share learnings from the field and help refine the SDR playbook as the team scales

- Continuously improve outreach performance through testing, iteration, and learning
- Represent Dataro with credibility and energy, making prospects excited to engage
- 1–3+ years of sales development, business development, or pipeline generation experience (SaaS preferred) Experience selling into one or more of the following areas:
- Nonprofit / fundraising / charity or mission-driven B2B sales
- AI, predictive modeling, analytics, data intelligence, or automation SaaS sales
- Proven track record of consistent outbound prospecting and meeting generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on phone and email
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through across multiple prospect threads
- Ability to qualify with clarity and communicate strong context in handoffs to Account Executives
- Experience using a CRM to manage workflow and pipeline activity (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to operate with independence, structure, and accountability in a remote environment
